Beware of fraudsters
Fraudsters continue to use the coronavirus to take advantage of people. This can appear in multiple forms including door-to-door scammers who promise coronavirus tests from the World Health Organisation, text messages about issues with a payment or individuals over the phone pretending to be from your bank. Please stay vigilant and never give out personal account details to anyone who calls or texts you. See The Little Guide to... preventing fraud and cyber crime | The Met.
For support or guidance, we are here to help. Please email us on EPBUKInfo@iiuk.org

ITREB Thought of the Day #SoulfulSunday
We've heard a lot recently about the importance of caring for our minds, bodies, and souls, but how exactly does one go about this? Here are some practical tips:
Every morning, focus on three small things you are looking forward to about the upcoming day: cultivating a positive, forward-looking perspective is helpful. Perhaps you intend to try a new recipe for dinner, or to contact that friend you’ve been meaning to call for some time?
Each day make an effort to do, listen to, or watch something that makes you laugh. Positivity is contagious! While we are more isolated than usual, remember we are not totally separate or by ourselves. Practicing one’s faith through personal prayer can build resilience and fortitude.
At the end of each day, document a goal that you are proud to have accomplished, big or small. Following the advice of Jalal al-din Rumi, let’s provide a soulful presence for each other, wherever we find ourselves.
