Leadership qualities are not gender driven so actually, if you don’t respect the fact that both genders have competencies, outstanding capabilities, you are damaging your community by not appointing those people.

ITREB Thought of the Day
The beautiful names of Allah: Al-Kabir is the Greatest. Allah is bigger than all of space, far older than all of time, and greater than anything we can imagine. Certain animals amaze us because they make us feel tiny. The biggest animal to ever live on Earth is the blue whale, which can be longer than three double-decker buses! The heartbeat of a blue whale can be heard through the ocean twenty miles away. Yet the whale is tiny compared to the ocean itself, which is tiny compared to the galaxy in which the earth spins. This can give us a hint of al-Kabir. Thinking about Allah’s greatness may make us feel very small and helps us to remain humble.
